Traumatic Brain Injuries and Biomagnetic Therapy

Traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) are estimated to affect 2.8 million people annually in the United States. The physical and mental side effects of TBIs vary from mild to severe and have a broad range of manifestations including dizziness, headaches, migraines, blurred vision, sleep and speech disorders, memory problems, anxiety, depression, and mood swings.

Biomagnetic therapy is a holistic magnet therapy that helps attain the proper pH and bio-energetic balance of the body. Trauma, in this case, brain trauma, may create pH and energetic imbalances. Your therapist will use kinesiology and biofeedback methods to locate the area of the initial trauma and any additional traumas caused by ricocheting of the brain. By applying magnets to the area of trauma we restore its optimal pH and bioenergetic balance. The restoration to an optimal environment promotes homeostasis, allowing the body to heal the trauma and subsequent side effects naturally.
