5 Tips for Creating a Biomagnetic Wellness Routine

It's the beginning of another year, an ideal time to consider what you want to achieve over the next 12 months. Whether you like to make an outline for the year, make goals, or set resolutions, a common new year’s theme is achieving greater health. A 2020 survey found about half of New Year’s resolutions are focused on getting healthier. Unfortunately, over 80% of those resolutions fail in the first few months. This raises the question; how can you make the lasting changes needed to achieve your health goals?

There are many approaches, and their effectiveness will depend on your personality, but this is the approach I find most helpful. Incorporate one small new habit until it is routine, then add another. Though it may take longer to achieve your big goal, it creates more lasting change. The less thought, energy, and willpower you exert to incorporate a new habit the more you will do it. The more you do it, the more likely you will continue to do it. A habit is created, and humans are indeed creatures of habit. Consider brushing your teeth. We do it every day without thinking, it is a deeply engrained routine. For other healthy habits to stick you need to make them just as routine. Here are five tips for regularly incorporating Biomagnetism into your life. They all focus on reducing the resistance to habit formation by making it easier and more convenient.

  1. Have a magnet day. Pick one day a week or one day a month to be the day you always use your magnets. Mark it on your calendar, put a reminder in your phone and commit to prioritizing your health. Place a few pairs or to do a full body session, make it work for the time you have. I encourage you to rotate through all the Biomagnetic Pairs you know. This will allow you to eventually work through a full body session.

  2. Keep magnets by your favorite chair. The easier they are to access the more likely you are to use them. When you sit down to read a book, watch tv, or scroll Instagram put a few pairs on. You can improve your health without having to specifically set aside time.

  3. Memorize your favorite Biomagnetic Pairs. Again, the less effort you exert the more likely you are to use them. It’s easier to memorize a few pairs than look them up every time.

  4. Have enough magnets. The more magnets you have the more Biomagnetic Pairs you can place in a shorter amount of time.

  5. Keep magnets in your car. You are going to be sitting for a while, might as well benefit from a mini healing session. This is a great time to place magnets on small children, especially if they are in a car seat. These are my favorite “car pairs”. I place them and get a detox session on the go.
