If you’ve just gotten your magnets and are wondering, 'Okay… now what?' you’re in the right place. You don’t need to know every pair or memorize every protocol to get real results. A handful of pairs can take you a long way.
These five are beginner-friendly, cover major body systems, and help you build confidence in your practice. Let’s get into it.
Important note: In the following graphics, the color magnet shown is the side that should be facing the body.

1. Liver–Liver (Vertical)
Use for: Detoxification, hormonal support, sluggish digestion
How to place it: Place both magnets (stacked like a snowman) on the front of your liver (right side, under the ribcage).
Pro tip: This is a great pair to use a few times a week to keep your detox pathways supported, especially during seasonal shifts or hormonal fluctuations.

2. Right Subclavian–Left Subclavian
Use for: Lymphatic drainage, swelling, immune support
How to place it: One magnet midway below each collarbone.
Pro tip: This pair is small but mighty. If you’re dealing with sinus congestion, puffiness, or feeling “stuck,” this is your go-to for encouraging lymph flow and circulation.

3. 6th Cervical Vertebra–Sacrum
Use for: Nervous system regulation, stress, sleep, and grounding
How to place it: One magnet at the base of the neck (6th cervical vertebra), the other at the sacrum (base of the spine).
Pro tip: This pair is amazing when you’re feeling frazzled, anxious, or overstimulated. I like to use it during or after a stressful day, or anytime I want to shift out of fight-or-flight mode.

4. Right Kidney–Left Kidney
Use for: Detox support, adrenal fatigue, and anxiety
How to place it: Place one magnet over each kidney (just above the waist, on either side of the spine).
Pro tip: This one works beautifully in combination with Liver–Liver for a deeper detox. It’s also a gentle but powerful option when anxiety is showing up in your body.

5. Right Shoulder–Left Shoulder
Use for: Neck and shoulder tension, jaw clenching, emotional stress
How to place it: Place magnets on each deltoid muscle (where you get a shot).
Pro tip: If you carry stress in your shoulders (hello, most of us), this pair helps you physically and energetically release it. A favorite after long work days or computer-heavy weeks.
How often should you use them?
You can rotate through these pairs during the week or use them as needed based on how you're feeling. For most, 20 minutes is plenty (unless you're working on an injury or inflammation, then you may want to leave them longer).
Keep it simple.
These five pairs support major systems—detox, circulation, stress response, and inflammation—without requiring you to know every organ pair or obscure point on the body.
Once you’ve gotten comfortable with these, you’ll be ready to start layering, customizing, and expanding your practice. But for now? You’re off to an amazing start.
