Spring Clean Your Wellness Routine

There’s something about spring that makes you want to open the windows, clear out the clutter, and get things moving again, and your wellness routine is no exception.

If your habits have felt a little stale lately (or straight-up nonexistent), this is your invitation to hit reset. You don’t need to overhaul your life or go full detox mode. Just like you’d spring clean your closet, these steps will help you realign your health routines with where you are right now and where you want to go.
Here are 5 ways to give your wellness routine a gentle, realistic refresh:
Step 1: Check in with what you're eating
Spring is the perfect time to bring your meals back in line with the season. With warmer weather and fresh produce showing up at the farmer’s market, now’s the time to start adding more fruits and veg to your plate. You don’t need to give up comfort food entirely, but notice if your meals are still stuck in winter mode. Roast everything? Heavy stews every day? Maybe it’s time for a few lighter, brighter meals that feel more energizing.
Step 2: Refresh your morning routine
Thanks to earlier sunrises, getting morning light exposure is easier in the spring, and it’s one of the most effective ways to support your circadian rhythm, mood, and hormone balance. Even just 5 minutes of sunlight within an hour of waking can make a difference in how your body handles stress, sleep, and energy levels throughout the day.
Step 3: Audit your supplements
When’s the last time you checked your supplement stash?
Go through your cabinet and toss anything expired, nearly empty, or completely unused.
Ask yourself:
Am I still using this?
Is it helping?
Was it part of a protocol I’ve already finished?
Clearing out the clutter makes space for what’s actually supporting you right now and can save you money when you realize what you don’t need to repurchase.
Step 4: Rethink your movement routine
That cozy indoor workout you loved in December? It might not be what your body (or mind) wants anymore.
Check in and ask:
Do I want to spend more time outside?
Would walking, hiking, biking, or even stretching in the sun feel good right now?
Is there something I’ve been wanting to try but haven’t yet?
Movement doesn’t need to be intense to be effective. The goal here is consistency and enjoyment, not perfection.
Step 5: Update your Biomagnetism routine
Spring is allergy season, travel season, and the season of “why am I still tired?” That means your magnet routine might need a reset, too.
This is the time to focus on:
Detox and gut protocols to clear out the system
Sinus support to handle seasonal allergies
Sleep and travel protocols to help your body stay balanced on the go
The Biomagnetism Membership has step-by-step videos for all of these (and more), so you can refresh your routine without having to guess what to do.
Set yourself up for a successful spring and summer.
Spring cleaning is all about removing what’s no longer serving you and making space for what feels good. That applies to your wellness routine, too. You don’t need to do everything at once. Start with what feels easiest: open your windows, toss the expired vitamins, put on your shoes and take a walk. Your wellness routine doesn’t have to be perfect. But it should feel like it supports you, not drains you.
